If you have never used aromatherapy massage oils now is the time to start, they remove stress, wake you up, revive you, relax you, refresh you, calm you or simply create whatever mood you you choose. Or add 6 - 8 drops to your warm bath.

Our Massage and Bath oils are supplied in 100ml Oils blue glass bottles and are made from Quality materials - they make lovely gifts!

Each bottle of bath & massage oil is blended and ready for use you can also download our FREE 'How to massage' instructions and the history of Aromatherapy.

These oils use grapeseed as the base, which is good for the skin, contains vitamin e, does not stain clothes or sheets or towels, (Let the body absorb the oil for 15 - 20 mins)

We offer 8 types of massage oil to suit most occasions:

The first 4 are ideal for massage treatments or baths

Massage information

Massage can also be used for relaxation, when used with aromatherapy oils can be used directly in a bath, or mixed with a carrier oil for use as a massage oil . If you want a natural way to heal or restore body and mind then massage and aromatherapy  will help you.

Massage is neither complicated nor difficult and can form part of a healing process. The following is a simple guide to the different types of massage that can be used to ensure the best results.

Always massage with the flow of your body, which is towards your heart. When massaging the abdomen the flow is in a clockwise direction, using circular movements that follow the flow. Be aware of the person whom you are massaging, to ensure that it is a both a comforting and soothing experience, especially where the young and the very old are concerned.

After exercise, massage is a useful way to help the body rid itself of toxins that have built up during muscular activity. As massage helps the body to release the toxins, make sure that you drink plenty of fluids (preferably water) afterwards to wash the toxins through the system, this also helps stop the aches and pains associated with strenuous exercise.

Most of all enjoy it!
